BREWERIES & DISTILLERIES

You make a regulated product in a hospitality business.

Craft producers run three operations at once: production, a taproom, and a compliance obligation that follows every gallon. We build breweries and distilleries systems that keep all three reconciled, so the fun parts stay fun.

The way it works now

Production records live in a brewlog and a spreadsheet. The TTB report is a monthly reconstruction project. Keg tracking is folklore: some are at accounts, some are in the walk-in, some are gone. The taproom POS knows sales but not which batches move, and self-distribution runs on texts to the driver.

What custom looks like

  • Batch and inventory tracking from grain to glass: raw materials, batches, transfers, losses, and packaging as structured data that reconciles.

  • Compliance reporting built from that data: TTB operational reports and excise math assembled from records instead of reconstructed from memory.

  • Keg and account management for self-distribution: what is where, what is due back, which accounts reorder and which quietly stopped.

Where agents fit

  • Account reorder outreach when an account's cadence slips, before the tap handle changes.

  • Taproom event and private-booking handling end to end.

  • Report-prep assembly on the schedule the regulator keeps, not the one the brewery would prefer.

Compliance

Federal and state alcohol reporting is unforgiving of sloppy records. We build the record-keeping so the reporting is a query, and your license never depends on a spreadsheet's mood.
